- Purpose of the IPP Survey
This IPP Survey Form is designed to collect preliminary technical, operational, and site-specific information required for the assessment, feasibility study, and conceptual design of an Independent Power Project (IPP).
Submission of this form does not constitute a binding contract for project execution but serves as the basis for evaluation and proposal development.
- Accuracy of Information
The Client agrees that all information provided in this survey form is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
XGT Smart Consult shall not be liable for inaccuracies in system design, cost estimates, or technical recommendations arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
- Scope of Assessment
Information gathered through this survey may be used for:
Load analysis and energy demand assessment
Site feasibility evaluation
Preliminary engineering design
Budgetary cost estimation
Risk and infrastructure assessment
Regulatory and compliance considerations
Final system specifications and pricing will be subject to detailed engineering review and formal contractual agreement.
- Site Access and Inspection
Where required, the Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the project site for technical inspection, verification, and data validation.
Additional technical studies may be recommended following site inspection.
- Confidentiality
All technical, financial, and operational information provided by the Client shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of project assessment and proposal development.
XGT Smart Consult will not disclose such information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
- Intellectual Property
All conceptual designs, engineering calculations, technical drawings, and feasibility reports developed by XGT Smart Consult remain the intellectual property of XGT Smart unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Submission of this survey does not grant rights to reproduce or distribute proprietary materials.
- Non-Binding Assessment
Completion and submission of this IPP Survey Form does not:
Guarantee project approval
Constitute financial commitment
Establish a contractor-client relationship
A binding agreement shall only arise upon execution of a formal contract.
- Governing Law
This IPP Survey Form and related assessments shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Acknowledgment
By submitting this IPP Survey Form, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
